Design Development
Design is developed with execution in mind.
Layouts, systems, and key details are coordinated so architectural intent and construction requirements remain aligned. Structural considerations, material selections, and technical requirements are reviewed together to support clarity before construction begins.
Clear documentation at this stage helps reduce uncertainty later.
Pre-Construction
With design taking shape, we prepare for construction.
This phase includes coordinating permitting requirements and identifying long-lead items so scheduling and sequencing can be planned effectively. Early preparation helps ensure construction begins in an organized and efficient manner.
Build Phase
Construction is carried out with careful coordination of trades, inspections, and site activity.
We manage sequencing and execution to keep work moving forward while maintaining order on site. Communication remains consistent so progress is clear as the project takes shape.
Completion & Handover
As construction concludes, final details are reviewed and addressed.
A walkthrough is completed, documentation is provided as needed, and the project is closed out with care. The focus is on completion, clarity, and a smooth transition into the finished space.
